Tier 1Tier One Sports are sports in which:
A) The sport has a curricular, extra-curricular and/or competitive presence in a significant amount of schools.
B) The sport has one or more appropriate local exit routes.
C) The sport has been highlighted as very popular amongst young people in Tower Hamlets.
D) Reasonable support is available from the National Governing Body to develop the sport in Tower Hamlets.

A) The sport has a limited curricular, extra-curricular and/or competitive presence in some schools.
B) OR the sport has one or more appropriate local exit routes.

A) The sport has an ambition to increase participation amongst young people.
B) The sport has limited or no local participation.
